These terms govern your use of pjjminnovate.shop and any purchase you make through it. The store is operated by Petrus Jacobus Johannes Maria Schilder, Torenstraat, 6471 JX Eygelshoven, Netherlands. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, together with our Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

1. Orders and contract

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the price was displayed in error, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaches these terms. If we cancel after payment, we refund the full amount.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable VAT for consumers in the European Union unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order using the methods displayed at checkout. We do not store full payment card details.

3. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person nominated by you, take physical delivery.

4. Returns and withdrawal

Your rights to return an item, to withdraw from the purchase and to receive a refund are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

5. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and power requirements. Product photographs are illustrative; slight differences in colour can result from screen settings and lighting. Measurements are approximate.

6. Safe use

Electrical products must be used as described in the supplied instructions. Do not open, modify or repair a product yourself, and do not use a product with a damaged cable, plug or housing. Keep packaging and small parts away from children.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this store - text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout - belongs to Petrus Jacobus Johannes Maria Schilder or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
