Refund and Return Policy

Petrus Jacobus Johannes Maria Schilder operates pjjminnovate.shop. We want every order to meet your expectations. This policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through our online store.

14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item in your order. The return window starts on the delivery date of the final item, not the order date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and protective films.

Your right of withdrawal in the European Union

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, by sending us a clear statement by email to info@pjjminnovate.shop. You must send the goods back within 14 days of that statement. We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery charge; you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, or to products made to your specification.

How to start a return

Email info@pjjminnovate.shop with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return. We reply with return instructions within one business day. Please do not send an item back before you receive those instructions, because we need to track the return and inspect it on arrival.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Send returns to:

Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. We cannot process a refund for a parcel that never reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we send you a confirmation email and refund the amount to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Your bank or card issuer may need a few additional business days to post the credit. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photographs. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you. This does not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to consumer purchases in the European Union.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible; if the parcel has already left our warehouse, use the return process above. Once an order has been dispatched, the return and withdrawal rules in this policy apply.
